Superstitious is an individual thing and not religion based.

My Father always tells me not to fear anyone, don't fear fear itself. Don't hesitate to have your point of view as everyone is entitled to have one. Yes I realised as earlier I used to keep quite even if I did not agree with what other person was saying simple because may be I wanted to keep everyone happy, but now I realise how wrong I was and today I fear no one and I open up and speak out what I feel is right, which is very important for all of us as unless you do that you suppress your true feelings and keep suffering inside.

Anyone can become a CEO or a Director of a start up, but it's all about how you mange from there on and how build your team and business and sustain and make it profitable with good cash flow is a suceesful CEO.
