Superstitious is an individual thing and not religion based.

My Father always tells me not to fear anyone, don't fear fear itself. Don't hesitate to have your point of view as everyone is entitled to have one. Yes I realised as earlier I used to keep quite even if I did not agree with what other person was saying simple because may be I wanted to keep everyone happy, but now I realise how wrong I was and today I fear no one and I open up and speak out what I feel is right, which is very important for all of us as unless you do that you suppress your true feelings and keep suffering inside.

Anyone can become a CEO or a Director of a start up, but it's all about how you mange from there on and how build your team and business and sustain and make it profitable with good cash flow is a suceesful CEO.

World is round and life revolves...I strongly believe in the word" whatever goes around comes around" and it has come true to me all the time...now I would like to share that however big or small you are( in status I mean) we all get the same share of happiness and sadness and same share of success and failure( it again depends on person to person, the level of success and failure as per the level of ambition we have) and ultimately it boils down to the same. Some people might have all the happiness in the childhood and difficult life later and some might have miserable childhood and vice verca.....therefore we need to be very humble and take success/failure and happiness/sadness both as the same different side of the coin...

Life is a constant change! It's like a flowing river...you have to move and never cling to the river bank and ultimately you reach the ocean...

Unless you experience something new or different you will not understand the value of what you have!

Whatever you have today be humble and honest about it and feel good about it, because you never know whether it's going to last forever or not...
